Memorable moments with friendly faces

The hospitality at Address Hotel Casablanca was heartwarming. Every morning started with a delightful breakfast on the rooftop, surrounded by great views. The staff was always eager to assist with a smile.

However, my room had some issues, like lukewarm water during evening showers and limited lighting, which made it less comfortable. Notably, I also wished there were more amenities like coffee and tea.

The terrace views from the Junior Suite were stunning, perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The breakfast options were quite basic and didn't meet the expected standards for a hotel of this caliber.

During my stay at Address Hotel, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the option to enjoy breakfast on the rooftop added a delightful touch to my mornings. Additionally, the location was prime, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Hassan II Mosque and local eateries.

Staff service issues.

The terrace views from the Junior Suite were stunning, perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. The suite offered sufficient space, making it comfortable for stretching out after a long day.

Hot water took ages to heat up, leaving a cool shower experience. Breakfast options were quite basic, lacking variety and flavor, and the waiting time for service was excessive, especially towards the end of my stay. On one occasion, after 45 minutes of waiting, I was shocked when chefs had to leave suddenly due to illness, leaving a gap in service.

I remember opening the door to my room , only to find it was completely bare , no utensils , no basic stuff. The breakfast was the tiniest part of a meal , you could get better food on the street for cheaper.

It wasn’t cheap too , for what you get it's unacceptable.

I had an wonderful stay. The staff was kind and went above and beyond when I had an issue with my luggage. Their warmth. 😊

The cozy atmosphere was a highlight, especially the comfy bed after a long day and the delightful homemade cookies waiting for me upon arrival. I loved lounging by the peaceful garden area and sipping tea while soaking in the sun. The only downside was a slight delay in room service, but it didn't take away from the fun overall. 😊

The location is ideal for enjoying the seaside and the iconic mosque, with a rooftop offering pleasant views for breakfast. Staff members provided decent service, but the room left something to be desired. ants were present on the carpet, and the cleanliness was questionable. Additionally, a single towel was provided for two guests, which felt inadequate. While home-made muffins added a nice touch to the breakfast experience, more attention to room upkeep is necessary.

Could Use Significant Improvements

Stayed for two nights in a superior queen room. The air conditioning didn’t work, and I found dirty carpets and a lack of basic amenities like towels. Staff seemed overwhelmed, notably during breakfast, which lacked variety and prompt service.

It is a lovely hotel with an exceptional location near vibrant streets and local eateries, and attentive staff providing prompt service.

Free Wi-Fi was great, but parking situation was inconvenient and off-site.

Unexpected Disappointment in Casablanca

My recent stay was plagued by issues. The room was not clean, the AC didn’t work, and I encountered poor service at breakfast. After asking multiple times for basic amenities, I still faced delays. An unresponsive staff affected my overall experience negatively. Consider improving communication and maintenance.
